Adding Vendor through Webservice in c#

Hi friends,
I am using version 2008.1 version of the web service. I had a function which used to add vendor through web service in netsuite which worked fine in version 2006 but in this new version is giving me a error as below.

An unexpected error occurred. Error ID: fi8m3p1b1ty91udf88d4s

I am not sure what is error exactly means. Can anybody give me the code for adding vendor which works fine in this new released version.
