Record list is coming as null

Hi,

I am trying to get the data from saved search using the NetSuite web service and store into the sql server in C#.
When I see the response and get recordlist of the response. It is always null there is error says "Object reference not set".

Any one having any idea or best approach on how to handle the response and store in the sql server database.
