Sales Order: How to set shipping method / service used?
Question!
If a sales order is in netsuite, and we process a shipment for it, we would like to set on the sales order, the carrier used and the shipping method used.
We have tried a lot of different things, but have so far failed to find how in the netsuite api we can set this information, and have two things be true:
1) The carrier and service we set, should be visible to users who open the sales order
2) We need to be able to write this information into the sales order
Using the item fulfillment path, we can set the tracking number fine. This works great, and is visible to those who open the sales order.
