Update WO or Assembley Quantity After Production
Hi all,
What would be the recommended best practice approach when creating a new WO / Assembly Build where you know roughly the quantity to produce when the raw ingredients are mixed together, but you only know the actual quantity after it's finished in production (given that the Quantity field is mandatory)?
Do you go back and edit the WO / Assembly record with the 'actual quantity' (but this will then change the raw ingredients' quantities I'm guessing)? Or do you create an Inventory Adjustment, or is there some other recommended solution?
Thanks heaps,
Kirk.
