Intercompany Cross-Subsidiary Fulfillment
We have used intercompany drop ship for a while and just noticed this new feature. It seems much easier than the need to create Purchase order, sales order, fulfillment and invoice in addition to all the transactions we have already for sale to the end customer.
However I can't see in the documentation or when trying a test transaction in netsuite that it does anything for the fulfilling subsidiary to recover the cost of inventory from the selling subsidiary that sold to the end customer.
Does 'Intercompany Cross-Subsidiary Fulfillment' not include this feature and should we stick with intercompany drop ship where we want the subsidiaries to compensate each other for their inventory?
