Error 400: ERR_WS_FEATURE_NOT_READY when Express checkout is disabled
Recently we switched payment processors to one not officially supported by NetSuite, so orders made on our SiteBuilder website cannot be billed through it (cc info is entered on separate custom tab of the order).
It was quickly realized an official payment processor would be required for orders on our site to process, but all of the officially supported payment processors were too expensive considering how much we sell through our website (most sales are made over the phone).
After finding out about the PayPal integration it made the most sense as there's no monthly fee for their service (as the others all seem to have). I ran through the steps in PayPal and NetSuite to set this up afterwards I was able to process payments with a PayPal account on our webstore, but no option for guest mode. I have the option to allow guest mode enabled in PayPal by the way. Another thing is that it only works when Express Checkout is enabled on the NetSuite paypal account record.
