Is PayPal Payflow Pro part of suitepayments?

We are talking with an outside company to help automate credit card payments. We need to be able to have customers pay for the Customer Deposit transaction through the sales order. We can accomplish this IF the PayPal Payflow Pro module we purchased from Netsuite is part of SuitePayments.

This is what the vendor told us: PayPal Payflow Pro is not in NetSuite's "SuitePayments" program.  Hence, we are not able to help as we leverage NetSuite's API to make all this work.
