Automatically Update 3 Fields on Item Record
On the assembly item record, whenever a user updates the Package, I would like to automatically populate three custom (RF-Smart) fields: Length, Width, and Height.
The necessary data appears under the Packages tab of the Set Up Shipping screen. So, I thought this would be easy, but I'm stumped.
- First, I cannot find the Packages data in any table. All of the tables with promising names house actual outgoing shipments, not the standard package dimensions.
- The Package field on the item record is clearly feeding from the list of packages, but I can't figure out how to bring in those Length, Width, and Height fields in a workflow.
