Is there an easy way to copy a specific email (employee) on all case correspondence? Don't really

Our customer support manager would like to be copied on all case correspondence.   We originallly had him as blind copied on everything in netsuite (setup/company/email preferences) but we don't want / need him to get everything as this does.
