Issues with SDF-deploying a Custom Form for a Custom Record

I'm trying to deploy a custom form on a custom record through SDF and on a specific tab it gives me a lot of issues.

Initially when trying to deploy it gives me "an unexpected error occurred, field position must be set to BOTTOM" for all the fields on that tab.

I can't see anything in the custom-record-xml or the custom-form-xml that would differ from other tabs.

When setting the fields to BOTTOM instead, the deploy goes ok. But they all (10) shows up on a single line in the form. And when editing the form in the UI, the UI-editor has issues and sometimes doesn't show the tab.
