help with customer survey (storing date on Customer & url parameters)
I'm very close to finishing the build out of our customer survey. I have the custom record, online form with custom html template, a saved search to select the recipients, and a couple of workflows to send the email template and populate dates and checkboxes.
I'm just struggling with 2 things.
1. the URL parameters in the email template for the survey send don't seem to be fully working. the URL renders correctly:
but the "recentorderlink" field does not get populated, while the customer does. I made it a free text field to test and still nothing populates that field
