Bank reconciliation not pulling through transactions

Hi There

One of my colleagues is having issues completing bank reconciliations.

No matter what parameters she enters, none of the transactions populate in the relevant sub tabs:

She is using the administrator role and, as a result, I believe the role permissions are not the issue.

I have tried logging into the admin role myself and used the same parameters she was using and did not have any issues.

What can be causing this?
