NS Project management, Backwards scheduling method for projects
I have a question about the execution of the project with the backward scheduling method.
In the environment are activated Project Accounting and Management, Advanced Billing and Advanced Financials. After enabling Planned Work, I created the project with BWS below and set a baseline.
Problem 1
I enter 32 hours of actual work instead of planned 16 hours for billable item (with timesheet input), that logically should move start of my Task 1.2 to the 17.01, because it has dependency FS with Task 1.1.
I expect that if I record 2 extra days against Task 1.1 (15 and 16.01) in Time Tracking, NetSuite advances the start and end dates of Task 1.2, and all tasks that depend on Task 1.2, by 2 days. (that is how I understand written Help Center instructions
