Special / dropship order approval notification emails not sending
Hi team,
i have created a saved search where after PO transaction is approved certain person would receive notification email about the approval. Everything works, except on the PO's where it is created from sales orders (special orders or dropship orders).
I tried to create separate saved search to track PO's created and approved from the SO's only, but emails would not be sent upon approval. I have many other similar saved searches with speacial/dropship PO results, but emails would not be sent.
Is there a best way to achieve this?
