How do I remove a sender's email address from a sent (from Netsuite) email? *new user*
I have inherited some of the tasks previously handled by persons no longer with the company. I have little to no experience with Netsuite other than creating user accounts.
I have been tasked with removing two user's email address from what I assume is emails coming from their records (i.e PO approvals). I may be using the wrong terminology if so, I apologize.The company would like the emails to not show a sender's "from" address. Especially from someone who has not been with the company in two years or more.
