Changing GL Mapping in Existing Revenue Arrangements/Revenue Elements
Hello,
We are creating additional new Revenue GL accounts in our Chart of Accounts, in an effort to get more detailed on our revenue reporting. We would like to update the Revenue GL account mapping on some of our existing Revenue Arrangements that still have revenue to be recognized, so that going forward, the revenue recognized will be recorded to the new Revenue GL accounts each period. What is the best way to do this?
And then for new sales, we plan on update the GL account mapping so that revenue recognized on new sales is recorded on the new Revenue GL accounts that we create.
