Best Practice: Parent & Child Customers - Multiple Brands, Locations
Hello,
We are a One World account and have multiple brands (Brand A - Shoes, Brand B - Jewelry, Brand C - Clothing, Brand D-Eyewear). We are transitioning our customers from a one customer model to a parent child customer structure. My question is would adopting a parent child hierarchy by brand be the best way to manage multiple locations and multiple brands? See example below:
(parent) Customer XYZ
(sub customer) Customer XYZ :1 - Brand A - Location 1
(sub customer) Customer XYZ :2 - Brand B - Location 1
(sub customer) Customer XYZ - Brand C - Location 1
(sub customer) Customer XYZ :4 - Brand D - Location 1
