2020.1 - Bank Changes??

I have had multiple email notifications about:

Upgrade Notice: Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp Version 2020.1

With varying dates for sandbox and live, and (fairly unclear) information on what this affects and what we need to do about it.

Now we have:

Postponement of Primary Bank Setup for Multiple Subsidiaries Feature in 2020.1

This notice is to inform you that NetSuite is delaying release of the Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp Primary Bank Setup for Multiple Subsidiaries in OneWorld Accounts feature. This release will not occur in 2020.1.

Does this mean there are now no changes being made to the Bank Payments SuiteApp? How do I get clarity on what is actually happening and when?
