Saved search shipping / billing address sourcing issues with created from transactions

edited May 10, 2021 10:37PM in Accounting / ERP 2 comments

saved search is created to track all incoming and outgoing transactions in the location and one of the columns report addresses (incoming or outgoing). it seems that Vendor return authorizations and transfer order receipts have issues to source the address from created.from transactions. SO's PO's and RA's are working as they should.

please find formula and screenshot below:

CASE WHEN {type} = 'item Fulfillment' and {createdfrom.type} = 'Vendor Return authorization' THEN {createdfrom.billaddress} WHEN {type} = 'Item Fulfillment' THEN {createdfrom.shipaddress} WHEN {type} = 'Item Receipt' and {createdfrom.type} = 'Transfer order' THEN {createdfrom.shipaddress} ELSE {createdfrom.billaddress} END

thank you kindly!
