SAML setup for Sandbox
Hi All,
I'm trying to configure a Sandbox account for SAML/SSO which is already setup and working correctly in Production, but I'm getting the error -
"Identity provider with the entity ID XXXX is already used by another account that contains different metadata associated with it."
I have followed the directions in Answer Id : 86403 which says to download the IdP file from Production and upload this to Sandbox. There is currently no IdP setup configured in any Sandbox, so can't delete any configuration etc.
Has anyone else been able to get around this error?
