E-Mail Approval Issue for Purchase Request and Purchase Orders

Hello,

I would like to ask you about a security issue of Netsuite for Purchase Request and Purchase Orders via email.

When the users gets email notification via their mobile phone or outlook, they can click on the approve button and approve assigned pr and po. However, if they click again on the same button, the system does not warn the users and approves the next sequence which should be approved by somebody else in the approval workflow. How can we solve that problem ?
