Conditional Highlighting on Saved Searches

Hi All

I am trying to include HTML code in a saved search to create conditional formatting though it doesn't appear to work when the formula type is 'numeric' and not 'text'

The saved search:

This is result. at least in terms of how it appears, that I am trying to do with a formula (numeric) type
