How to reclassify an order as a promotion instead of COGS
Hello,
We currently have Shopify orders being imported into netsuite automatically as Cash Sales. We are able to identify these orders appropriately by their CS number. On occasion, we send out promotional orders for $0. In this instance, the sale comes through as revenue of zero, but the occurring cost of product goes into the GL as COGS. We need to be able to reclassify these orders into a promotional account instead so that we know how those expenses are accrued versus COGS. Is it possible to reclassify all COGS for an order into another account without manually having to do
