how do i include Item Class and Customer Category in the Sales report created on Customer / Project
I am creating a New Sales Report with the following details:
Type: Sales
Metric: Transaction Total ( Revenue)
Format: Matrix
Component : Customer / Project , Field : Name
Column: Accounting Period
I am able to successfully group them in the below hierarchy:
Location >>> Sales Rep >>>> Customer Category >>> Customer Name >>>
However, I am not able to include the 'Item Class' over there to group them to the above hierarchy.
I tried changing the component to Item, then I am able to include the 'Item Class' however can't include the Customer Category.
Could someone please advise a way to include both Item Class and Customer Category in the above report?
