Payment Instrument > why is Credit Card # field not printing anymore on the sales receipt?
Hello! Just updated the MerchantE bundle and enabled the Payment Instrument feature. Now, the last four digits of the customer's credit card no longer prints on the sales receipt. Thinking this field (credit card #) is no longer being used with the new feature. I can pull the "Payment Option" field onto the printed receipt, but that shows the expiration date How are other customers handling this? I'd like to show which card our customers used on a transaction.
When I turn off the Payment Instrument feature, the credit card number field is populated and will print on the receipt. . . but to my understanding we need the payment instrument feature to be compliant.
