Quality Management Data for Item fulfillment

Is it possible to create a custom sublist to match Quality Data from the Quality tablet to the lots being shipped from an Item fulfillment?

We have to provide test data with every shipment by lot. The Quality Management bundle records multiple data values by lot, but I can't find a way to correlate that with the lots being shipped on an Item fulfillment record.
