Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Kit Showing Negative Inventory Available, Should Be Zero Available
Similar to my previous issue, we are experiencing an issue where on an Inventory Count or the Kit Availability subtab, one of our inventory items is showing a negative quantity available, rather than 0. The item in question is on backorder, but the negative amount is 2 and the backorder quantity is 12.
It does not show up in Review Negative Inventory.
The attached kit shows as 0 available, as expected, so this is a bit different than the glitch where items were showing available when they were not.
I feel, in general, Kits tend to muck around with inventory. It looks like we've had a number of fullfillments and an RMA with the inventory item in question. Are there any tips on making kits and their component inventory data more reliable?
