Case User Notes saved search missing latest notes from "some" cases

I created a discussion in March related to returning the most recent case user notes in a case saved search, that we solved (Case Audit saved search - definition is below the blue text) in April.

The Case Audit saved search worked perfect when spreadsheet notes were .csv imported it into NetSuite. It also worked perfect if the UI was used to add a User Note from inside a Case and selected the "Case Audit" Note Type(part of my Case Audit saved search). Many notes have been successfully added using the UI and are properly displayed on my Case Audit
