Item Fulfillment "From Email Address" for NON-Web Orders
Does anyone know how to set a specific email address for all automatic transaction emails for orders regardless of where they originate? I have set up our item fulfillment emails to all come from the same email address (a noreply@ email address) for web orders. How do I do the same thing for all other sources?
For some reason, our item fulfillment emails arbitrarily come from the noreply@ and the employee that clicked the button's email address when the order is NOT a web order. I cannot find a pattern.
Alternatively, I would be okay with figuring out how to turn off automatic item fulfillment emails on JUST non-web order fulfillments so that I could build a workflow to send the emails from the desired noreply@ email. I have not been able to figure out how to do this either.
