TRANS_UNBALNCD with Periodic Inventory Journal Entry

edited Aug 10, 2020 3:30PM in Ask A Guru 2 comments

Hello the community,

i come today with question regarding the unbalanced transaction :

i searched elements in the forum but didn't find answers to it.

We face issues with the journal entries generated from the periodic inventory, created from an item receipt : NT can't manage to create the JE associated to the periodic inventory :

it doesn't happen all the times.

I don't understand why, as the currency used in this transaction is the Euro, which is set up with currency precision 2, the prices in the PO associated has maximum 2 decimals also,

My question is : how to walkaround the issue to enable the JE to be generated, wihtout having to change the unit price in the PO ? (we can't roudn the unit price of the item as they have to match with the invoice)

Howdy, Stranger!
