Expense Report - Line field - Inline

Hi guys!

How are you doing?

I do need to set up the "Rate" field in Expense Report to inline (or even disable it) when the "Category" is set to "Kilometer Reimbursement" .

The "Rate" field is open and available to changes for all other categories.

What is the best way to get that?

Am I able to use Workflow to do that?
