Oauth 2.0 URL

to use with NetSuite Rest Services, with up Oauth 2.0 , one must provide a URL to get a token, NetSuite does not appear to have a service for this.

All the other Oauth 2.0 services I have used do provide a service.

Does NetSuite have anything.... If not, any articles tell me how do it?
