Fixed Assets - "Pre Depreciation" button

Hi guys!

How are you? I need to make the "Pre Depreciation" button available for one another role.

How can I do this? The role that I'm trying to implement have highly privileges but they can't access .

The menu is Fixed Assets>Setup>System Setup ;
