On time shipment percent by line with demand planning enabled

We have demand planning enabled and use the expected ship date per line feature.  I have been unable to measure on time shipments against this field per line as the fulfillment record can't read the line level ship dates.  What is the best way to measure the on time percent by line when demand planning is enabled?

This is the saved search I have made but it's not reading the line level ship dates:
