how to Remove Rate and Amount from Item Fulfillment Email Template

Hey there, I have been trying everything I can think of to try and remove the item prices ( Rate and Amount ) from the item fulfillment emails that are sent to customers. I found an area that allowed me to uncheck the box for the "Rate" but the "Amount" box is permanently checked and will not let me remove the check mark.
