Require a User Note be Created when Field is Changed in Netsuite
Hi there,
Our organization uses Netsuite and has created a custom record type with a date field in it. We are trying to make a workflow that triggers whenever the date field is changed to a further date, eg changing the date from 9/16/2020 to 9/17/2020.
When this workflow triggers, we would like to require the user to create a User Note explaining why the date field has changed. The record should not save until a User Note has been created. However when choosing the "Create a Record" Action on a workflow, User Notes is not an option to choose. Our organization has not found a way to require a user note be created and I was hoping someone here could provide some insight into a solution to this issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
