Disabling the Multiple Currencies Feature
The Multiple Currencies feature is used by businesses who use more than one currency.
There cases filed by customers asking to disable the said feature. The "Multiple Currencies” Feature can only be disabled once:
- All transactions denominated in Foreign Currency are deleted
- All Entity Records are disassociated with Currencies other than the Base Currency
The feature is grayed out if the above prerequisites are not met. (See illustration)
However, there are instances wherein even if the prerequisites are met, the system will still not allow the users to disable the said feature. The checkbox will not be grayed out anymore and can already be unmarked, but once the Save button is clicked, an error will prompt stating:
