Custom Segment Permissions
The Permissions subtab can be used to manage permissions for each custom segment. Main default permission access level applies to any role that is not listed in the Permissions sublist with a specific access.
Permissions
- Value Management Access Level - permission to create or edit values of the custom segment
- Record Access Level - permission to view or set values on the custom segment on a record
- Search/Reporting Access Level
- permission to search based on segment values
- permission to customize search to include segment
- permission to view segment values on existing saved searches
On the example above, users with AP/Clerk role follows the access level set on the Permission sublist while other roles follows the access level set on
