There Is No Popup to Send an Email in Invoice > Actions > Email

There is no popup for Email when the user navigates to Invoice > Actions dropdown menu > Email even if the Use Popup for Main Transaction Email Button is enabled in Setup > Company > Email Preferences > Transactions tab.

This is because, the Track Messages permission is not granted to the custom role.

Tip: Set the Track Messages permission to at least Edit access level for the user can create new, view existing, and edit existing messages.
