Credit Card Processing: Changes

PRESERVE TRANSACTIONS WHEN PAYMENT IS ON HOLD = F

-Cash Sales and Payments shall not be saved if the charge fails due to Payment Hold.

When payment results to an error, the old error page is replaced with an error banner on the transaction.
