Objective

Access a custom child record sublist thru its parent record.

Where can I use this?

If you have created a custom child record to be used as a custom sublist for a certain record and you are wondering how you can access it via SuiteScript, then this article can help you.

How?

The internal ID to use will have this format: recmach + field ID for the parent field. Here's a SuiteScript example if the field ID for the parent field is custrecord111:
