Unsupported Card Type for Level III Processing
Many Customers experience having this type of Error when processing Payment for Invoices.
Here are the steps you can follow and check to resolve the issue:
a. Confirm that Requires Line-Level Data is unchecked on the Payment Method used.
b. On the Payment Method from the Payment page, check if there's Send Line-Level Data checkbox.
If there is no Send Line-Level Data checkbox, you can check the following:
1. Go to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms.
2. Edit the preferred (Payment) form.
3. On Screen Fields tab, Payment Method subtab, check SHOW box for Send Line-Level Data.
