Sales Order > Fulfill Button Missing

Concern: Fulfill button is missing from Sales Order. One reason might be related to Advanced Shipping = F

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Sales Order

2. Bill Sales Order

3. Create Credit Memo

4. Go back to SO and fulfill button is missing

1. The reason that the Fulfill button is missing is because Advanced Shipping = F.

To verify, please navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features > Transactions > Shipping & ReceivingAdvanced Shipping.

For my test account, this feature is enabled. Once enabled, we cannot turn it off until all fulfilled Sales Orders have been billed.
