SuiteScript 2.0: How to automate entity duplicate resolution?
Overview
If you're working with multiple duplicate entity records every day AND you're usually merging them using the same merge type, then you might benefit from this automation. With a scheduled script containing N/search module and N/task module from SuiteScript 2.0, anyone can automate the merging of your duplicate entity records. The N/search module will be used to create two searches that should result to a list similar to the Entity Duplicate Resolution page (List > Mass Update > Entity Duplicate Resolution). The N/task module will be used to perform the merge operation.
