NSC | Bulk Update: CSV Import > Customer Records > Relationships tab > Contacts subtab > Role= Blank
While we cannot use Mass Update for this functionality since this is currently logged in as Enhancement under Issue 131958 Mass Update > Contact > Ability to update the Role for the contact, we can use CSV Import instead.
Based on my testing, below are the steps you can follow:
A. Create a CSV file using MS Excel software.
For testing purposes, you can use one customer first. You can follow this format below:
Don't forget to save the file as .csv.
B. Proceed with the CSV Import.
1. Navigate to Setup > Import/Export > Import CSV Records
2. Under Scan & Upload CSV File, set the following:
