Imported Contact's Company Name not showing on Campaign Email replies
I was just made aware that replies from Campaign emails sent to Contacts do not include the merged Company data I had in the original email. I'm trying to determine if the original campaign emails sent had the Company data or not.
Here is what I did to create the Emails:
- Imported Contact and Lead data using import tool. Verified Contact records are linked to Lead records.
- created a dynamic Contact group of this imported list.
- created a Marketing Template (email). In this template I used the ${contact.firstName} in the greeting and ${customer.companyName} in the subject line and body of email.
