Editing System Email templates
I'm trying to edit the email that get sent out when a new case is create. I went to Setup / Company/ System Email Templates. I selected Standard new Case Customer Notification and clicked Customize. I made the changes I wanted and saved it. It is now called Custom New Case Customer Notification. I proceeded to create a new test case. I got the email notification and it still showed the original content and not the changed email. What Am I doing wrong? Is there something I'm Missing
