BAI2 Bank manual Import

Hello everyone.

I have been trying to bring banking data manually via BAI2 file in Sandbox. I repeatedly encountering the same error over and over again - can't figure out the cause of the issue.

The BAI2 file we use meets all spec requirements (see attached) however, the error message we get is pointing out the file is missing records (01, 02, 03, 16, 88, 49, 98, or 99) which it isn't.

Is there BAI2 sample file out there that I can get from NetSuite which I can use as a template and present it to bank?
