Please note that on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
REST API: Error with PATCH/PUT
We are successfully doing POST requests to create new entities in NetSuite (eg. create a new Contact), but we are getting an error message when trying to modify an existing Contact with either a PATCH or PUT request (according to the documentation both should be valid).
