Auto generating cost related to sales order fulfillment
Hi there, I am looking for suggestions / guidance on following scenario.
The business sells its product via online orders and the orders are synced to NetSuite. When an order is fulfilled, the direct cost of goods is reflected on income statement. There are other indirect cost of goods like, warehouse cost, shipping cost, installation cost that is provided by different vendors.
The business is looking for automating the cost so that for each order fulfillment, the cost of warehouse, shipping and installation is pushed to income statement via system generate transactions to different accounts.
For example, lets assume that:
- Cost of product is $2,000 (this is routed through inventory and is auto generated when invoice is item is fulfilled)
